Do I need to be in Spain during the renovation?
No. Many of our clients manage their renovation remotely. We send regular progress reports with photos and video calls, and coordinate access with your keyholder or neighbour.
Do you handle building permits?
Yes. For renovations that require a licence (licencia de obra), we handle all paperwork with the local town hall on your behalf.
